We pride ourselves on our direct communication with debtors focusing on negotiation and problem-solving to achieve payment outcomes. Our Commercial (Business to Business) Debt Collection division specializes in commercial debt collection throughout New Zealand. The commercial debt collection process aims to exhaust all pre-litigation recovery activities to achieve the best results rather than proceeding directly to a legal demand and litigation process. Our experienced team will work closely with you to achieve the best possible outcome.

Our Consumer Collection division manages high-volume consumer debt collection and recoveries throughout New Zealand. It has developed sophisticated debt collection strategies and processes specifically for consumer debt.
