Field Services

If we are unable to locate a debtor through the contact numbers provided or the debtor is not responding to our calls, then with your instruction we can organise a field visit. Our network of professional field agents can assist the debt recovery process through meeting in person with the debtor. Our field services include:

• Visiting the debtor at their business or home
• Conducting interviews
• Serving legal documents
• Helping to locate missing debtors
• Repossessing any collateral used as security for the debt.

During the field visit we take the time to update client details, negotiate payment arrangement in conjunction with your credit controllers, accept payments and obtain new Direct Debit or Automatic Payment authorities.

Asseto is a document service specialist. We will serve Pre-possession notices, Notices of Proceedings, Notices under the Companies Act, Property Law Act and other statutory notices anywhere in New Zealand.

Our field agents are supported by our contact centre, receiving real-time reports of field visits and ensuring that all relevant debtor information is recorded. They have the ability to locate, meet with and negotiate payments or repayment plans that work for both parties. This helps to protect our client’s reputation supported by a “firm but fair” approach.

Our Field Services may be engaged as part of our normal Debt Collection process or separately as part of your Debt Collection process.

To instruct us to arrange a field visit you can either log into your on-line client access or you can print and complete our Debt Recovery Authority Form with our standard Terms of Collection and fax or email it back to us.
